We strive to deliver a wide range of care to help one recover after an illness and operation to be more independent as possible in their everyday activities in order to reduce complications, disabilities and further deterioration with their health condition. We do arrange for a Doctors home visit, emergency hospital admissions and make referrals to physiotherapist, dieticians and other team members.
